Terms of Service
Effective date: March 2026
1. Scope and Provider
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the SCHEDLR web application available at schedlr.de ("Service"), operated by:
WebUp GbR
Aaron Vermeulen
Auf der Höhe 3a, 78576 Emmingen-Liptingen, Germany
Email: contact@schedlr.de
By registering for or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
SCHEDLR is a digital study planning and performance-tracking platform designed to assist candidates preparing for the DLR (Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt) pilot aptitude test. The Service provides personalised study schedules, module training logs, performance analytics, and preparation resources.
SCHEDLR is an independent, third-party preparation tool. It has no affiliation with DLR, Lufthansa, or any airline or aviation authority. Results and timelines provided by the Service are based on community data and are not a guarantee of test success.
3. Registration and Account
To use the Service you must register with a valid email address and a password. You represent that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@schedlr.de if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must be at least 16 years old to register. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.
4. Passes and Pricing
Full access to premium features requires the purchase of a Pass. Passes are offered in fixed durations (currently 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months) for a one-time fee. Passes are not auto-renewing subscriptions — you pay once and access expires at the end of the selected period.
Current prices are displayed on the Pricing page and are denominated in EUR inclusive of applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; price changes do not affect Passes already purchased.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
5. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer (Verbraucher) within the meaning of § 13 BGB, you have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details, including how refunds are calculated when the Service has already been used.
6. Refund Policy
If you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase (see Section 5 and the Cancellation Policy), we will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal declaration.
Since SCHEDLR grants access immediately upon payment, we are entitled to charge a proportionate fee for the period of use pursuant to § 357(8) BGB. The refund amount will be calculated as: (total Pass price ÷ total Pass days) × days remaining at withdrawal.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method through Stripe. To initiate a refund, contact us at contact@schedlr.de with your order details.
7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- →Share your account credentials with third parties or allow others to use your account;
- →Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service or its content;
- →Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates these Terms;
- →Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems.
Violation of these obligations may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, software, and materials within the Service are owned by or licensed to WebUp GbR and are protected by German and EU intellectual property law.
Your personal training data remains yours. We do not claim ownership over data you enter into the Service.
9. Availability and Changes to the Service
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary downtime.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. Material changes that negatively affect your purchased Pass will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are fully liable for damages arising from intentional misconduct or gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. For all other cases, our liability is limited to the amount of the Pass fee you paid for the period in question.
SCHEDLR is a preparation aid; we make no guarantee that using the Service will result in passing the DLR aptitude test or obtaining a pilot position. Statutory mandatory liability (e.g. under the German Product Liability Act) remains unaffected.
11. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page. Upon deletion all personal data associated with your account will be erased, subject to statutory retention obligations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. In case of termination for cause attributable to us, any remaining unused Pro-rata portion of your active Pass will be refunded.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you reside remain unaffected.
For consumers, the place of jurisdiction is determined by applicable statutory provisions. For merchants and legal entities, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Tuttlingen, Germany (Landkreis Tuttlingen, Baden-Württemberg).
