Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer (Verbraucher) within the meaning of § 13 BGB — that is, a natural person acting for purposes outside your trade, business, or profession — you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded (the date your payment is confirmed and your Pass is activated).

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

You may use the model withdrawal form below (Section 5), but it is not mandatory. It is sufficient to send your withdrawal declaration before the 14-day period expires.

3. Proportionate Fee for Partial Use

Because SCHEDLR grants access to the Service immediately upon payment, we are entitled pursuant to § 357(8) BGB to charge a proportionate fee for the period during which you have used the Service before exercising your right of withdrawal.

The proportionate fee is calculated as follows: (total Pass price ÷ total Pass days) × number of days used. The remaining amount will be refunded to you within 14 days.

4. Consequences of a Valid Withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including any delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal declaration. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

If you have requested that services begin during the withdrawal period but subsequently withdraw, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided up to the point you communicated your withdrawal, relative to the total coverage of the contract (§ 357(8) BGB).
